Attorney and notary (retired) Günther Casimir (born 1938) can look back on decades of legal expertise. After qualifying in 1966, he was also active as a notary from 1976 – 2008. Our firm is proud to bear his name since its foundation in 1968. Beside his extensive activities as attorney and notary, attorney Casimir has also published widely, in particular in the fields of inheritance law, property law and architectural law. Apart from these areas, his special expertise is in the challenging field of the liability of notaries.
