Attorney and notary Dr Aarne Stüven (born 1965) has been a member of the firm for almost 25 years. His area of specialisation is insurance law. In this field, Dr Stüven advises and represents large insurance companies, mainly in matters relating to building issues and disputes around supplementary medical insurance. In his work as a notary, Dr Stüven deals with real property transactions, inheritance and succession arrangements, and registrations in the Commercial Register relating to corporate matters. Dr Stüven is fluent in German, English and Latin.
