Attorney-at-Law Theresa Alto joined the firm as a partner in 2019. Ms. Alto’s career began in New York as a corporate associate at Fulbright & Jaworski LLP (now, Norton Rose Fulbright) negotiating a wide variety of complex international corporate transactions including mergers & acquisitions, financings, private placements and initial public offerings. Building on her corporate law experience, Ms. Alto negotiated derivative trading agreements at Deutsche Bank, served as legal counsel at Air Berlin and most recently led the asset management department of Germania Airlines where she negotiated aircraft acquisitions, sales, leases and financing agreements. Ms. Alto is a member of the New York State Bar, a native English speaker and fluent in German.
