Theresa Alto

Attorney Theresa Alto joined the firm as a partner in 2019. Ms. Alto's career began in New York as a corporate associate at Fulbright & Jaworski LLP (now Norton Rose Fulbright), negotiating a variety of complex international corporate transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, financings, private placements and IPOs. Building on her corporate law experience, Ms. Alto negotiated derivatives trading agreements at Deutsche Bank, served as legal counsel at Air Berlin and most recently headed the Asset Management department of Germania Airlines, where she negotiated aircraft purchases, sales, leasing and financing agreements. Ms. Alto is a member of the New York State Bar, a native English speaker and is fluent in German.
